Authorized users with Own Address

Postby VolvoMom » Mon Aug 21, 2017 2:39 pm

Hello,
I am looking to add 2 Authorized users to my Credit Card. These 2 users are not at my residence and I am fine assuming all responsibility for them.
The thing I want to achieve is that two users can be added to my file with their own address and use their address when using it at gas station, buying online etc.
So the situation is:

VolvoMom
123 Main Street,
City, State, 73001

John Doe
456 Elm Street
City1, State1, 63002

Jane Doe
789 Side Street
City2, State2, 53003

What I want is a company that allows John Doe to use his address when making online purchase, and Jane Doe to use her address when making online purchase.

Is their a Credit Card that allows this??

Thank You!

Hello!

We had one of our editors look into your question: blog/which-address-zip-code-authorized-users/

The short answer: It appears AmEx may have what you're looking for.

Online you always put both billing and shipping addresses anyways, and I've never had a problem with billing/shipping addresses being different. The only time you need address info in-person is when you need to put in the billing zip at a gas pump or something. If this is purely a "hassle" reason for your AUs, they should just get over it. I'm sure customer service reps can put a sticky on your account that states AUs do not have the same address as you, the primary account holder, so purchases won't be flagged.
