Other than my Citi Hhonors app, I'm trying to garden. Freezing my report is going to help I think, as it forces me to not be so app-happy. I'm thinking about freezing the others, but Experian charged $10 to do it, and they also removed me from pre-approved offers for 5 years.

Dang!! I can't wait until I get my free anniversary night from the IHG card (just got it in April). Will probably use it for something way less glamorous (hotel when we go to visit my friend and her new baby, probably), but you've inspired me for future uses of the anniversary night.
Cards:

-Capital One Quicksilver
-Barclaycard Arrival (no AF)
- US Bank (no rewards)
-IHG

Yeah...I was kind of surprised at the availability since it's only a few weeks away. The Crowne Plaza actually has a higher revenue rate that night than the InterContinentals in Bora Bora, French Polynesia. Those are popular annual night destinations on FT.

I'd probably prefer Bora Bora, but getting there would obviously involve a bit more planning and scheduling than I can really commit to right now. And there definitely was/maybe still is a little Zika there.

There's the added perk I can bring this up any time someone obsesses over Marriott being metal. :ppp

Not adding anything for the foreseeable future. I'll be trimming cards and paying off some other loans while reestablishing savings, and beefing up the 401k since my workplace offers matching up to 25% (won't be going that high, not yet anyway).
Wallet: Chase Freedom, Discover IT
Chopping Block: Synchrony
Future: TBD

Aviator Red apps are back...on the Barclaycard website, which is a surprise. I thought it was just going to be a while-traveling thing. Maybe they just can't advertise outside of airports and flights.

There are data points of Legacy aviator card holders also getting approved for this card. So I applied.

Pending, so we'll see.
