The regular Citi login gave me my checking info, but said my credit card information was temporarily unavailable (and I didn't have much faith in "temporarily"). I got full access back when I tried again an hour later with no further action on my part.
So not actually a credit concern, but it still had the effect of making me want to not leave the garden.
This happened to me yesterday when I updated the app on my phone. Unfortunately, things like this have happened a few times with Citi when upgrading apps or just system changes in general take place. It was corrected pretty quickly which I was surprised about. Based off of the appearance of things, I thought it was going to be a huge pain to get the cards added back onto my online profile. I'm thankful it wasn't.
