secured credit card question

secured credit card question

ok guys and gals i have bad credit ill admit it but im trying to fix it so i have a question i want to get a secured credit card right now im looking at 2 but i dont know which one is better first is the capital one secured card the good i hear that they report to the cras as a regular credit card now the other bank of america now the good if you pay youre bill on time and dont go over the credit line after a year they can turn the card into a non secured card but they report to the cras as a secured card so which is the better deal for a guy trying to change his credit all tips and advice will be welcome thanks richard

Richard, I would likely think either would do the job just fine.
