Updates: It has been awhile.

Postby catsartcox » Sun Apr 24, 2016 11:10 pm

Hey all, It has been quite awhile. The forum has a new look.
I wanted to check in, as I applied for a new card today. Used this site, like many times in the past, for some advice on what to apply for. This past 6 months I let balances ride a little high on my Citi and Discover. With I not having any scholarships for my last year of college (almost done!). Things got a little high. My balance ratio is now in the B range. So, to fix that I applied for a Slate card. First card I have applied to in over two years. They have some pretty kind balance transfer promotions up right now. I was not instantly approved though, kinda thought I would be. I'll call first thing tomorrow, I have mid 700's credit. Hope that is could enough. :)

Also, My Citi limit went up 3,500$ today to 18,500$. Hopefully that will help with the ratios.

Good talking to you'll again!
