Always consider the specific scoring model and the relevance of the model/CRA combo to a given creditor product. Is a TU FICO 8, TU VantageSCore 3.0 or EQ VantageScore 3.0 used for the Jetblue card? I don't see any entries for the Barclaycard Jetblue in the Credit Pulls Database but it looks like Barclaycard tends to pull TU and probably uses a FICO 8. Those CK scores are not relevant.

I could understand getting denied with the short amount of time Ive had credit but I felt a had a decent chance at getting approved BUT when I called the Recon number, the lady I spoke with told me no credit history was getting reported. WHAT?? How is it possible that my credit history isn't getting reported?
No idea as we don't have access to your reports, credit accounts, etc. You have to do your research, determine what's going on and then correct the matter. You shouldn't be just relying on numbers. Pull your reports and verify. Make sure you're routinely reviewing your reports. At the very least make use of the Annual Credit Report site. You should be aware of what's in your reports (and what is not in this case).

Don't assume that they did not. They definitely pulled your reports to make a decision. They could not have determined that history wasn't being reported without reviewing a report. Whether or not your reports are correct is an entirely separate matter.
