Are you planning on continuing to apply for new accounts any further? You may be pushing it...
Amex - BCP, Platinum, Business Gold
BoA - BankAmericard Cash Rewards
Chase - Freedom, CSP, RC, Ink Plus
Citi - DC, Prestige
Discover - It

You said that two weeks ago. :ppp

Not that I haven't left the garden earlier than I intended upon entrance...gardening is hard. The main reason I manage to resist Citi AAdvantage is that I can't forget about how much better an American Airlines card I could have had if I'd gotten a US Airways card at the right time.
Warranties and sketchy merchants: Schwab Platinum
Price rewind: Costco
Travel insurance: Prestige, CSP
Perks: IHG, Hyatt
Rewards/Offers: Discover, Freedom, ED, BCE
Taxes/Misc: SPG

Limited value, might close: Arrival

Might add: First Tech, proper business card

Yes, I know. I will have to admit, the thrill of the chase had gotten to me some, but I really have to be cool now. I would like to try the 3x CLI with Amex, but don't know how much my score with drop by the 61 day mark, may have to wait longer on it. want to at least get rid of Slate and Cap one down the road and grow the CL on the others with payment & account history and drop inquires, Hope I have not already hurt myself any, But we are making good payments on the wife's accounts

Well, I wouldn't apply for anything more for a bit, or suffer any avoidable HPs. 8 new accounts in just over 3 months is a lot.

No, I won't! if I can go say 3months with no apps, then try the 3x CLI with Amex ( my understanding is it is a SP ) then go a year or two I should be fine right?

Probably. Gardening might be tough after the thrill of your recent new cards.

There's a slim chance of AA from Barclaycard. They don't like a lot of new accounts, and Marriott and BCP probably haven't reported yet.

I just got approved for Discover, but it wasn't the greatest of terms (no 0% for 12 months, maybe I'll call later when the score goes up), that makes gardening a little easier.
