That is a lot of inquiries to have on your account. It has been said that one hard inquiry can knock up to 10 to 15 points of the FICO score of someone with good credit. Since you were getting denied on mid-level cards I'm going to guess your credit wasn't the best to begin with? It's hard to say how it will effect your score exactly, other than that it won't be good. Hard inquiries take 2 years to fall off the record completely from what I recall.

Current Cards:
American Express: Blue Cash, Simply Cash Bank of America: WorldPoints Platinum Plus Chase: Amazon, British Airways, Cash Plus Rewards, Freedom, Ink Cash Citi: Thank You Premier, Dividend Platinum Select Discover: More
Primary Everyday Card: American Express Blue Cash
Primary Travel Card: Chase Sapphire Preferred

I hope it stays that way but it may take a while to reflect on the score; up to 90 days, give or take.
