Citi Prestige card global client status

Greetings! I recently obtained the Citi Prestige card due, in part, to the 15% TY bonus for being a Global Client. The only problem is, Citi has no idea how to code the account as such.

I've escalated this to supervisors, had to point them to their own T&C just to prove this existed, etc. They finally said that the outside the US relationship manager had to choose it but that group also claims they have no ability to do so?

Has anybody gotten their account successfully coded as a Global Client?

My only affiliation with Citi is the Brooks Bros card, so I can't help you...but these problems seem way too common for what is supposedly a premium card.
Keeping indefinitely: IHG, SchwabPlat, CSP, Discover, Freedom, ED, BCE, Hyatt
May close or PC: Prestige, Arrival, BrooksBros
AA Platinum converting into Costco

Might add: Proper business card, CSR, Ritz, Delta Gold, First Tech
Letting new accounts cool off since May
