I think canceling the Amazon card before 5% for Prime members went into affect is my biggest missed opportunity in my young credit experience. I'll keep one or two store cards, and that's on the list after I reapply.
Chase Freedom ($2000) | Discover IT ($1400) | Care Credit ($1000) | Walmart ($900) | Amazon ($800)
No applications indefinitely.
Future: CSP/Reserve, Amex EDP.

I find it hilarious, though, that most of the complaints about the looser standards and diminished prestige are from people who wouldn't qualify under the looser standards - either due to having only a few months of history or having burned Amex in the past. It's pretty bizarre that some people want their cards to be exclusive, yet overlook the reality that they wouldn't qualify.

Personally I think the whole concept of wanting an 'exclusive' card - or an 'exclusive' anything - is one of the silliest, most self involved and irrational things a person can do. If your only value, or even just primary value, in a card or other item comes from the fact that other people can't get it, then you need to take a hard look at your priorities IMO. Either the card, or other item, works for the person or not, but it means squat to me and I refuse to give it even the slightest bit of admiration or respect.
