I mean the limit most (all?) cards put on how much you can spend in the category to get bonus rewards such as Chase Freedom, Discover IT, Sallie Mae. I'm assuming yes since they are separate accounts, but I'm not positive.
Bonus caps apply to net purchases on each account, regardless of the number (or lack) of AUs. So you buying things as an AU earns rewards for the Primary (and not you), but it doesn't harm your ability (or your AU's) to earn rewards (for you) on an account where you are the Primary.
Things can get complicated, though. Having fewer cards with higher caps can make more sense - even if it means an annual fee.
Very useful: SchwabPlat, CSP, IHG, Costco (was AA Plat), Freedom, SPG
Somewhat useful: Discover, ED (was EDP), BCE, Hyatt
Plan to PC: Prestige to DC
SD with activity alerts, might close: Arrival and Brooks Bros
Might add: Proper business card, CSR, Ritz, Delta Gold, First Tech, BofA Travel PH
