The Chase Freedom is a good place to start. They usually offer 5% back on Amazon as a quarter every year.

The Discover it is broader as it usually offers 5% back for online purchases as a bonus category one quarter.

IMO the best way to maximize dollar spent on Amazon and eBay are by buying gift cards at grocery stores with a card that earns a high CB or points value.
Citi Forward ($10.1K), AmEx Blue Cash Everyday ($30K), Chase Freedom ($12.4K), Discover it ($5.5K), Barclaycard Arrival ($12.5K), L.L. Bean Visa ($5K). FICO 806 (TU), 812 (EQ), 806 (EX).
