Cashbackmonitor does look useful. I'm not sure if I 'd want to open up a bunch of new IDs on portals I'd rarely use, but it is a good way to quickly review a few options I already have.

I'd still have to check Amex offers separately, though.

I've been carrying balances for a little while. I got into an accident a couple months back and had to get my bumper replaced and some other stuff. Insurance paid most of it but I'm still on the hook for 2.4k. So, I've been carrying a balance for a few months but soon enough I'll have it paid off.

Yeah I wanna get some of my balances down too soon. A lot of it is on those 0 introductory APR cards though but still. My utilization across the board has been consistently under 10%.

It good to see that I am not the only one carrying a small balance this holiday season. I am going to be smart about it this year and use my 0% intro card.

You should make a list and a budget for each person on how much to spend. Adjust accordingly. It helps you track not only what you purchase and for who - but lets you set up a budget you can plan around at the start of the year rather than the close of it.
