I haven't had much experience with this either but I recently shopped around for auto insurance and was astonished at how much the rates could vary between each company. Geico gave me the best deal while Nationwide ended up being the most expensive. It probably varies from person to perso.

-update-

Help negotiating
---my new bank is making a check in full for the vehicle!

so what would be a better way to deal the car- they're asking me to make them an offer,

I have these options..

Vehicle asking price $23,981

A) buy the car at asking price but have them include the taxes and all their BS fees all together. (its like i`m not paying taxes and fees)
B) lower the price down from 24K to 21K(?) but pay fees and taxes
C) any suggestions?

Negotiate the cost of the car first, then add the taxes & fees. If its the first car you showed me than they should be willing to negotiate since its been sitting on their lot for a while now.

Nope it's a different car- I actually came across it when I walked into a dealership-- I'll send you a link in a bit
