Well, I read it, and couldn't make sense of most of what you wrote. Punctuation is your friend. If you want to rewrite it, clearly and concisely, maybe you can get more feedback. The only thing I did understand is your question regarding the statute of limitations. It varies from state to state. Just be aware that the SOL governs how long the debt can stay on your credit report and how much time they have to sue you, should they choose to. As long as the debt is unpaid, even after the SOL expires, they can still pursue collection--but it's about as effective as a fangless rattlesnake.
