You don't mention if you paid it, but if you didn't, I can't imagine a single reason why they would want to remove it. Unless you meant if you offer to do a pay for delete. Then I have no idea.
And if you already paid it, they don't have a lot of incentive to remove it either as they already got paid and couldn't care less generally.
If you want a pay for delete, you are always free to offer it. Get it in writing and know that dealing with these guys is always potentially opening a legal can of worms.
If the collection is not legitimate you do have tools to fight them.
