Not sure how many you can get before you run out of credit but please remember 2 things:
First be sure to leave enough room for your retainer for a BK attorney
Second remember to go for the 'Shopping Cart Trick" cards as soon as your BK goes through

Also keep in mind that if you include Amex in your BK, you can apply for their cards once a month and never take a single inquiry for it as you'll be blacklisted for a number of years (if not longer). Just think you can drapp all you want and never get hit with an inquiry, scratch that app itch constantly and never pay the price!

must be crazy to not think about insurance if you plan to get that many big luxury TVs. you probably won't be able to get more than 4 top notch Sony Bravia unless you get a good deal

FNBO surprised me and approved me on the Dodge card. I was expecting a decline. They are sensitive to inquiries and new accounts which should doom me. But it didn't so that's good.

Only other thing I am thinking of is a winter 4x4 SUV type vehicle. I don't want to drive the Challenger in our winters, it would be useless #1 and #2 even if t wasn't, I wouldn't want it in our nasty salt here. But I don't want to spend a lot on that somewhere between 5 and 9 k would be ideal. A few battle scars would be welcome so I don't sweat it when it gets more like I would with the Challenger. It would be nice to drive and just not care.

I like my '85 4runner. It doesn't seem to care about much of anything as long as I keep changing the oil.

Definitely staying in the "garden" now that Amex approved me for a CLI. Not exactly the 3x CLI I was hoping for but they did double my CL pretty much so I went from 2K to 4.2K and in terms of total credit limits I have right now, I feel like I have more credit than I'll ever need and that gives me such a great feeling. So glad Amex seems to really like me a lot.

Also pretty happy because I have more than enough purchasing power to be able to pay bills without maxing out any cards and also, I think since I'm part of the Credit Steps program with CapOne that I'll at least some kind of CLI with them as well. Would have never imagined I'd have any card that has a limit over 1K just a year ago when I started out with a Citi card but I'm amazed at how far I've been able to come. Now I'm considering closing two very low limit store cards I never use pretty much. One's with Old Navy and the other's a Target card and my total CL across the board is about $13.6 K at this point so I'm wondering if that would help in terms of being able to get better cards in the future.

Nothing new here. Got my two new AmEx cards in July and I adore them, I've given them all my spend since the moment I got them. I've yet to run into a place that won't take AmEx, which is great. Still sitting here letting my accounts age and letting inquiries get older. Also still debating the CSP vs the AmEx Platinum. Leaning towards AmEx honestly.

Man I seriously can't wait until my new Amex cards get here. They told me I had rush delivery on the Green and I'm assuming it will be the same for the EveryDay one too. To think I could have stayed in that wonderful, all seeing garden and stay stuck with three really lame cards that I'd need to leave open and never close no matter how much I don't want them or need them anymore just because none of them have an annual fee or pull that shopping cart trick schtick and get 20 Comenity cards I'll never have any use for either. It's like night and day really.
