Because frankly I get tired of seeing people ask the same stupid questions over and over and over again. "Will I get approved for an Amex card???" Or "how do I maximize my rewards tell me what cards to get" Or even better that sense of entitlement so many seem to have.

Dude if I could tell you accurately whether you'd get approved for an Amex, I'd determine the winning lottery numbers and get out of the insanity known as Corporate America. Why would I waste my psychic abilities telling you whether you'd get approved? If you want to know if you'd get approved, apply and find out, otherwise you may as well ask your "Magic 8" ball - it would be about as accurate.

And you know your spend WAY better than we do. You can look up what the various cards give in terms of rewards. I ASSUME you can do some very simple math - why should I do all the work for you? What do I get out of that other than the fact I get to spoon feed someone as wonderful as you are?

Yeah I grew tired of it long ago. Some of the posts have to be troll posts. Those are just best ignored.

That and I deserve every card made I should have 20 Amex cards and the CEO needs to grovel at my feet and slobber on them because I'm God....a bit exaggerated but not by much. If you're THAT terrific and entitled then buddy what in the hell are you doing asking questions here - go use your 20 Amex cards as you yacht around the globe to your various mansions.

It gets a bit tiresome to say the least.

Funny! And while I know it gets tiresome for some of you to see those post about whether someone should apply for a card or not, the responses you guys give have been great information for me. If I get an offer on a card, I immediately come here and see what everyone has to say about it.

That's why I love this site, it's not about "grab every card out there", its more about, "does this card fit my needs and is it a good company to do business with".
My Wallet:
Discover IT - $4000;
AMEX BCE $12000;
Citi Double Cash - $6600;
CHASE AARP Visa - $5000;
Banana Republic $1200;
NFM - $20,000;
Sears (Citi) MC - $6000;

I like when takeshi responds to those threads. Especially the ones that ask what card benefits them the most without providing a single detail.
My Cards:

Discover It - $8,450 (9/13)
BankAmericard Cash Rewards Visa Signature - $5,000 (4/14)
Chase Freedom - $3,000 (5/14)
