First I am glad I found this forum
On to the question at hand:
I am looking for my first credit card in Canada.
I'm 21, and I have a full time job.
I applied for a pc financial credit card and was turned down, likely because I hadn't been living at my current address for more than a few weeks.
I am looking for a no annual fee credit card solely to make certain online purchases easier (amazon.ca, Netflix etc).
The card will need to be accepted at all online shops that accept credit cards.
I will not be incurring interest charges so interest rate is of no concern.
I would like to have a credit limit of at least 300$ but I'll take whatever I can get.
Are store visas/mastercards any easier to get? For example Target is currently offering their Redcard Visa.
Thanks in advance.
