Just wanted to bring to the attention of all with Chase cards (mine is the marriott rewards card). They just raised the fee to $45 effective Sept. 15th. My previous fee was $30 and was due for renewal on Sept. 1st (before the change took effect). However, they cleverly delayed my annual fee payment to Oct. 1 to charge me $45 for the new annual fee. I have called and gotten the reduced fee for this membership year. I don't think it was an accident and suggest others check your billing!
