Default Blocked from Citicard balance transfer offers?

Hello! 6 months ago I applied for and received the Citibank Platinum Select card. I transferred a portion of another card's balance to take advantage of the 0% interest offer. Now, I am nearing paying it off and am looking to make another balance transfer, however, there is no link to be found on the citicard's website. Are they no longer offering balance transfers online or am I being blocked from doing so? Am I looking in the wrong place?

I am new to the site, so I hope I am posting in the proper forum.

Are you talking about the 0% Citi balance transfer offers? What you were offered when you applied for the card was likely a promotional signup offer for the new account.

You can't expect a credit card to offer 0% offers forever because they wouldn't make money that way. Their goal or hope is that you will keep the balance on the card once the 0% offer expires.
Disclosure: I am a moderator/paid staff of this site, which does have advertising relationships with some credit cards that are discussed. Regardless, anything I say is my honest opinion.

    Current Cards:
American Express: Blue Cash, Simply Cash Bank of America: WorldPoints Platinum Plus Chase: Amazon, British Airways, Cash Plus Rewards, Freedom, Ink Cash Citi: Thank You Premier, Dividend Platinum Select Discover: More
Primary Everyday Card: American Express Blue Cash
Primary Travel Card: Citi Thank You Premier

Why would Citi block a customer from a balance transfer. I receive checks in the mail monthly.

Theonly way you would be blocked is if you were flagged as a surfer. Just call cutomer service to see about b/t offers for your account. They have 0%/21 months offer right now.
