Default 0% Credit Card Cash Advance?

How can you get a credit card 0% cash advance? I'm not talking about a small amount, I want to make a large cash advance with an amount comparable to what you would do for a balance transfer, think several thousand or higher. If I can borrow money at a 0% interest rate and pay it back 12 months later with no fees then I could use that money to earn interest or pay off my car loan.

If you find one, let me know, because I don't think there is such thing as 0% cash advance.

Although, Discover does this 'cash-over' thing at virtually every supermarket that allows you to get cashback charged at the purchase APR (and I believe if you didn't carry a balance from last cycle, that means it's 0% if you pay off before is due).

There is no such thing as a 0% credit card cash advance. However many balance transfer offers will deposit the fund directly into your checking account to use as you wish. That is the closest thing there is to a 0% cash advance on a credit card.
