Default Motley Fool credit card comparison and signup offers

My late father had the Motley Fool credit card and was very happy with it. I went to apply and could use help deciding the best one.

When I click on the credit card application for both the Visa and Amex it says 'not available' and that is why I'm asking this credit card forum for reviews and info.

Each has a flat 9.99% APR and I think that is really good compared to what else is out there. The Amex version says it's for 'Someone who enjoys dining, travel, shopping benefits and rewards.' and the Visa version says 'Someone who would like to earn rewards for their spending.' What can someone tell me about their reward programs?

If I apply for the Motley Fool card I want to at least get signup offer with it. Think that's possible?
