Any more information on this? My wife and I are looking for a card we can balance transfer no less than $21,000 but preferably $27,000 of debt so we can burn it down during an 18 month period at 0%. I already have a Chase Freedom at $25K limit (60% utilization) and BofA 3-2-1 with a $20K limit (60% utilization). I'm looking to transfer the BofA and the balance of my Amex Platinum. I don't need to move the Freedom due to a favorable interest rate on that card.

The Discover IT looks interesting but I'm not sure that they will grant me a card with that much balance limit out of the gate, even with great credit scores. Any ideas?
Cards:
American Express Platinum (NPSL)
Penfed Platinum Reward Visa ($28K)
Chase Freedom Visa ($25K)
Fidelity American Express ($20K)
American Express Blue Cash Preferred ($20K)
Bank of America Cash Rewards MasterCard ($20K)
Citi Thank You Preferred Visa ($9.5K)
Chase Sapphire Preferred ($7.5K)
US Bank Cash + Visa Signature ($7K)
Discover IT ($4K)

Chase Slate Card is good for balance transfers. There's really know way to guarantee you what kind of credit limit any lender will give you.
Amex Platinum
Amex BCP 21K
Amex SPG 5K
Barclaycard Arrival Plus WEMC 5K
Chase Sapphire Preferred 23.5K
Credit Union 10K
Discover IT 7.75K

Chase Slate and Citi Simplicity and Diamond Preferred are the top balance transfer cards right now. Chase offers 15 months of 0% and no transfer fee within the first 60 (I think) days. Citi offers 18 months at 0%, but charges $5 or 3% to transfer the balance.

No guaranty of a $21k limit on either, though.

Little late to respond but my recommendations:

Chase Slate
Citi Simplicity

Those cards are good for nothing more than balance transfer offers.
My Limits:
NFCU NavCheck: $15,000/NFCU Platinum: $11,500/NFCU nRewards: $8,000
Chase Freedom: $6,500/Chase Slate: $6,000/CSP: $5,000/Marriott Rewards Primier: $5,000/United MileagePlus Explorer: $5,000/Southwest Primier: $3,000
Citi Hilton HHonors: $9,700/Citi Simplicity: $8,200/Citi Forward: $5,500
AMEX Blue Cash Everyday: $8,000/SPG AMEX: $5,000/AMEX Everyday: $5,000/AMEX Delta Skymiles Platinum: $3,400
Discover IT: $7,700
Barclay's NFL Extra Points (Carolina Panthers): $5,000
DCU Platinum: $3,000
RTN FCU CC: $2,000
CCCU Platinum Rewards Visa: $2,000

Current total limit: $129,500

My wife and I just changed from a Slate to a Freedom but regardless, I doubt I could ask Chase for another Slate. Well, actually that may not be completely true. Calipso, how did you get six Chase products, including a Slate, Sapphire AND a Freedom? At least for me the Slate is primary for my wife and not me so if I apply for it, it may be easier.

Otherwise, that leaves Citi Simplicity and Discover IT. At least with Discover IT you get a good cash back program and ShopDiscovery as a long term card. I cannot see using the Simplicity after the 18 month date unless I upgrade it to a better long term product.
Cards:

American Express Platinum (NPSL)

Penfed Platinum Reward Visa ($28K)

Chase Freedom Visa ($25K)

Fidelity American Express ($20K)

American Express Blue Cash Preferred ($20K)

Bank of America Cash Rewards MasterCard ($20K)

Citi Thank You Preferred Visa ($9.5K)

Chase Sapphire Preferred ($7.5K)

US Bank Cash + Visa Signature ($7K)

Discover IT ($4K)
