I have a balance financial master card through Walgreens. A couple of weeks ago I approached them to discuss a balance transfer to my card from the UK. They told me it would not be a problem. They gave me the address the routing number the sort code etc etc I supplied this to my Mother in England who was making the transfer to me. days went by with no money coming onto the card. I called and called them all they told me was that they were looking into it and that they were sorry I was having difficulty. Today 10 days later still no money We cancelled the transaction. I called to tell them them it had been cancelled and only now did they reveal to me that they in fact do not allow balance transfers electronically from the UK. But they did make a 25 dollar deduction from the amount to refuse it. I am seething with anger and I'm totally disgusted with the level of sheer incompetence shown by Balance Financial.
