Highest right now is 18.99% on Freedom and lowest is 15.99% on CSP. We've recently had to carry a small balance the last few months so I'm thinking it is time to look for a 0% offer to do a BT.
Chase Freedom $9k~~Chase Sapphire Preferred $6.5k~~Amex Blue Cash Preferred $12.4k~~Citi Double Cash $4.7k

That sounds like a good idea. The rewards can be great for PIFers, but those are awful cards for carrying a balance.
Have you had to take any URs as a statement credit? It would be a waste to use rewards that way, but I'm not sure if carrying a balance on those cards would really be any better (unless you use the points for necessary travel).
Very useful: SchwabPlat, CSP, IHG, Costco (was AA Plat), Freedom, SPG, Prestige (retention)
Somewhat useful: Discover, ED (was EDP), BCE, Hyatt
SD with activity alerts, might close: Arrival

Might add: Proper business card, CSR, Ritz, Delta Gold, First Tech, BofA Travel PH, Aviator Red

The interest has been small, like $70 over the life of the card. It was just a large unexpected purchase at the end of the billing period, and not enough paychecks before it was due.

I'd really like to hold out for an Amex in July, but I just got an email from my college saying I have to pay my semester in full Before June 1. New policy or some shit. So looks like I might be aping for an Amex sooner than I though to take advantage of that 0%.

I have been saving my URs. We are going to Italy in July for our Honeymoon (timeshare was a wedding present) and I can pay for both tickets with points. This trip was the biggest reason for the CSP.

Lowest is Discover IT 12.99 (Don't know how I pulled that off as that was my first card) And highest is probably my Amazon Store Card at 25.99 or some absurd number. Never paid interest.
Kohls: $300, Discover IT: $1.8k, Capital One Quicksilver: $2k, Amazon Store Card: $2.2k, Chase Freedom Unlimited: 3.2k, AMEX HHonors 5k

Highest is Dell Financial at 19.99%, but that's hardly a card... highest real card is NFCU nRewards at 16.99%. But lowest, thanks to SCRA, are Barclay Card and Citi Forward at 0%, followed by Chase United Mileage Plus Explorer and CapOne Venture at 4% with NAF on both.
