Default Changing from More to It

I was curious, has anyone switched from the Discover More to the Discover It?

I've tried to find out what the process is and what it entails on their site, but I haven't found any answers. Does it require a new credit check, or is it a simple *boom* switched?

    Will the credit limit change?

    Any insight would be appreciated.

I switched it was a 5 minute phone conversation. They can also change you via the online chat. No hard inquiry required. They will switch you to the IT card come your next billing cycle. They do have some picture cards available for the IT card but not the full range as with the more yet. You can use your current design with the IT program until 2017.

    HSBC Premier - $32K
    Amex BCE - $10.5K
    Amex ZYNC - NPSL
    Chase Freedom - $5K
    Discover IT - $3K

    Thanks for the response!

I did it over online chat and it literally took a minute and a half. Your account number is still the same, and so will your credit limit (unless you ask for a CLI during the same conversation in which it may or may not be a hard pull).

Discover also expedites the IT card to you once your account officially converts to the IT!
AMEX BCE ($12500), Citi Forward ($3300), Discover IT ($2250), BoA Travel Rewards ($1800)

Wanted to report back that I was able to get it converted via chat. No pulls. Took maybe 5 minutes.

Switches over for the next billing cycle. As always, Discover customer service was friendly and helpful in answering all of my questions prior to converting.
