    Default Random Purchase Question

So there is a game on Amazon that caught my eye, and I'm going to buy it soon, but should I use my more card or forward, 5% on the more for online shopping/department stores, or 5x points back on forward because Amazon counts as a bookstore, which should I use?

If I were you Snowman I would use your Discover, I'm not saying it because I've been a member since 1998. I'm saying it because you can always use your Citi Forward all year round , in which you get your 5% back but because Discover has rotating categorys and online shopping is only 3 months they don't have it all the time it would be nice to use your Discover. after January all year round you can then use your Citi but from not to the end of the year I would use your Discover.

Would you rather get the 5% cashback after your next statement, or get 5x points for the amount? Citi TY points tend to be a little less for your value when compared to others like Chase, unless you redeem TY points for a giftcard.
AMEX BCE ($7600), Citi Forward ($3300), Discover IT ($2250), BoA Travel Rewards ($1800)

Ahh Jlam you got me, It was black ops 2 . And yeah, I'm debating, because like money card said, it's only three months out of the year. So I'll probably buy it after my first statement cuts next week with my Discover card.

Discover because you earn actual cash. Forward translates to 2.5% cashback, 5% gift card (4% gift card if you resell Walmart GC to Plastic Jungle for cash).
