About LinkBacksThis past year have any of you gotten mail offers? 3 at a time do you remember which ones? Did you get a mail offer today?
I got one a while ago for 15% off 1 item for Barnes and nobles, for anybody wondering yes you can use it at the cafe. under that one was kohls, 10 dollars off a purchase of 30 dollars or more but you have to use your Discover card you can't use a kohls charge.
the first time I got the mail coupons I forgot what was the bottom.
during the back to school coupons, it was the same Barnes and nobles,
Kohls, and the bottom one was famous footwear
for anybody that got the coupons, doesn't matter what stores they're for, did you use them?
the first set I used Barnes and Nobles, I went to the cafe. I also used Kohls. for the back to school coupons I only used the Barnes and nobles.
today I just got coupons Bass 10 dollars off a purchase of 50 dollars or more
Van Heusen 10 dollars off a purchase of 50 dollars or more
Izod same 10 dollars off a purchase of 50 dollars or more.
for anybody who's wondering does it have to be a Bass store, the answer is no. you can also go to a Bass outlet. or anybody who's wondering can you buy Van Heusen at Macys or Lord & Taylor, this you can't do. it has to be used at an actual Van Heusen store or outlet.
has anybody gotten any coupons this week from Discover?

Unfortunately, I haven't received any coupons from Discover.
Hopefully that changes.

This is sort of going off the trail a bit, but before getting approved for Discover, did any of you get a gratuitous amount of Discover offers in the mail? I've received about three in a single week, two being the exact same letters trying to reel me in.
Not that I think Discover is bad (I may get a card down the road), but I'm sure my score wouldn't qualify to get one even if I wanted to apply right now.Currently: American Express Green, American Express Zync, Chase Freedom Visa, Capital One Newcomers

I'm on my creditors do-not-mail lists so not much mail from them and definitely no coupons :-)
ivotedale: You don't need a Discover, about the only thing they have going for them is US-based customer support.
I got my Discover because at the time they offered a 5% reward gas card.

I only get coupons every 3 months it's only 1 of 3 places. the 1 for right now is Izod, Bass and van heusen.
