The Escape card you mention has the best travel insurance benefits, but make sure you understand how they work. Here is a link to the benefits list on Discover's website: http://www.discovercard.com/customer-service/escape-enhanced-tc.html

Say I fall and break my leg. Will there be accident insurance that will pay for the medical care from my credit card?
No, unfortunately not. In fact I don't know of any credit card that offers such coverage. Flight/travel accident insurance typically only covers you in the event of death or dismemberment during Common Carrier Travel.
Disclosure: I am a moderator/paid staff of this site, which does have advertising relationships with some credit cards that are discussed and linked to. Regardless, anything I say is my honest opinion.
