Default Exclusions for Discover card's Apple discount?

With the 5% discount that Discover credit cards give for Apple.com are there any products that are excluded? I am planning on buying an iPad coming up here soon. When I bought my iPhone through the similar Chase program a year ago I never got the extra points. When I asked customer service they opened up a ticket to investigate and called me back the next day to tell me that iPhones were excluded.

As of today, here are the exclusions for the Apple discount listed on Discover.com. I think you need to be an accountholder to view this:

    # Offer not valid on gift wrap, gift card, gift certificate, iTunes, refurbished iPad, Apple One to One Membership, shipping, iPhone, iPad, or iPad 2 purchases or Apple in-store tutorial services
    # Offer is not valid in combination with any other offers
    # Offer is subject to change, including termination, without notice
    # Cashback Bonus will only be rewarded to a customer for up to five (5) products total within a 30-day window
Disclosure: I am a moderator/paid staff of this site, which does have advertising relationships with some credit cards that are discussed. Regardless, anything I say is my honest opinion.

    Current Cards:
American Express: Blue Cash, Simply Cash Bank of America: WorldPoints Platinum Plus Chase: Amazon, British Airways, Cash Plus Rewards, Freedom, Ink Cash Citi: Thank You Premier, Dividend Platinum Select Discover: More
Primary Everyday Card: American Express Blue Cash
Primary Travel Card: Citi Thank You Premier

For itunes do you know of any other ways to get higher discounts. Would it count as a music store if I used the Citi Forward?
