Thanks, that's good to know. I've heard great things about discover customer service, top of which being domestic. I'm not a racist by any means, but it becomes severely frustrating trying to communicate on the phone with someone who barely understands my native language and then resorts to bogus scripts. I'm welcoming discover with open arms and if Amex keeps outsourcing their CS I'm going to drop them next. Only other card I have is Chase and the couple of times I've had to call them I've always reached a friendly and knowledgeable CSR who can reply naturally without having to pause for a translation.
