Recently I paid someone to do a service for $500 via the use of my Discover Card on Paypal.com . It has been a few weeks and the person I paid the $500 to has basically gone MIA and has done very little work. I am becoming impatient and am about to contact Discover.
How is Discover about requesting a chargeback due to fraud? Essentially, this guy claimed he could do something, has not done it, and has blown me off. I have all communications saved and am curious if Discover is user friendly in these types of situations.
