IT designs

Postby MB131174 » Sun Jun 30, 2013 1:26 pm

Anyone else baffled by the lack of designs for the IT card? While the standard design is OK with me, I'd rather have a design more reflective of my style. Sorry, but flowers and beaches (despite my love of travel to exotic locations) and city skylines just aren't my thing. Personally, my favourite card design is my AmEx BCE. Love the clear design. Really wish the big D would put up more options for the IT card.

I have the Blue Sky clear, and to be honest, it looks disgusting after even a few swipes from brand new. I think the blue square on the card has been coming apart on mine recently as well- great card, but it does look best brand new.
Currently: American Express Blue Sky, American Express Zync, Chase Freedom Visa, Capital One Newcomers--->converted to Capital One Quicksilver Mastercard NO AF

I've never seen the card you are referencing, mine is a brushed blue steel. The only other option they are giveing me is to go back to the More card design...

I am still using my More ZIP card. It has tap to pay which is something I use often. IT doesn't offer that.

I got my Discover debit card today (opened their new checking account) and it's solid black. Pretty sharp.

No online options for checking? I looked on their site for an option to open a checking account and couldn't find one. Honestly I just want to see the debit card lol.

I forget where I saw the link. It was somewhere here on CCF. I'm really liking the account. No minimum, free checks, 10c cash back every time I use the debit card (which I use for transactions less than $10, since that would be more than 1% cash back), 10c cash back for each online bill pay & check written. No ATM fees (provided the ATM you use is a free one, which seem pretty easy to find around here), remote check deposit by mobile phone, etc. One sign on for my checking account and Discover IT card, and the cash back from the checking and credit card go into the same cash back pool. Highly recommend it for anyone who has a Discover card.
