2nd Quarter 5% IT

Postby ncosky290 » Wed Mar 06, 2013 9:22 am

Kinda upset about the 5% bonus in the second quarter. Home improvement? Nothing special and just plan horrible. I always get 5% off at lowes anyways with my Lowes credit card (which I never use as I don't own my home yet but got it for when I do buy one) Who thought of this. Plain dumb and won't be using this card those months. Will be using the Freedom and Amex.

If you're on social media, contact them and let them know. That's one of the ways to get change. Also, not using the card helps too.

From the title I thought there was a new 5% information technology (IT) category. The home improvement category is weak.

Weak doesn't even do it justice.

I call it weak because I occasionally shop at hardware stores so it's not completely useless.

I bought some air filters out of there recently. ONly because Target closed in my neighborhood and I have to be paid money to shop in WalMart.

I got tired of playing the Russian roulette with cards. I use my Amex green for everything.

You could use Priceline Visa and get 2% cash back, including those places where Amex isn't accepted.

I enjoy the game. I like the thrill of the hunt for bargains and discounts.

If only AMEX will approve me... one of these days :) all I want is the platinum, no revolvers.
