How to increase Discover credit line?

No, but the only reason is because I rarely ever use the card. Since I have had the card, which is about 6 months now, I have only charged about 200 dollars 300 max total so I don't even think they would give me any increase at all and I don't want to trigger anything that would make them FR me. To much risk for me to take a chance.

I understand your reasoning, but all I can say is it's got to be hell to live in fear of the random whims of your credit card issuer.

By the way like others have mentioned Discover likes use. They are a conservative lender, not Cap One conservative (which translates to a CLI about the time hell freezes over) but conservative. They seem from what I can tell to have some sort of internal scoring formula which indicates how profitable you might be to them, so some folks get big limits and increases for no apparent reason and likewise others get little or nothing again for no obvious reason. In the end YMMV but I have heard spending $$$ through the card and keeping the utilization in it and all your other accounts in check can only help.
