Last week Discover came out with the results for their most recent Spending Monitor- a random survey of over 8,000 people they do that asks questions about spending as well as their views on the economy. Less than 50% feel the economy is getting worse. The number of people who believe the economy is getting better went up from 22% to 27%. More also said their personal finances are getting better.
Overall the survey gave the most optimistic results since last September, before the economy really crashed hard.
