yep, it is definitely a great deal, but not the best on the block.
if anyone needs a low interest CC go for the Barclaycard Ring
. it is 8% APR, not dependent on your credit worthiness or anything else. if you get approved, your APR is 8%.
it is a Platinum MasterCard, so it has some decent perks too. Foreign Transaction fee is 1% and Cash Advance fee is just $1, probably cheaper than using your debit card at a bank you don't have accounts with. the reward program on it comes in the form of "profit sharing." if anyone is interested they should read up on it.
