I have the It card and got the 2% cashback on all purchases up to 250 from jan 1-15. I also got another offer 2% cashback on chevron gas stations from jan 1 to march 31 up to 250/mo. Too bad I use bcp for my gas purchases.

It must be a targeted offer then. I keep reading on the FICO forums AND here how some people see it and others don't get it. I was one who didn't get it. You can really start to see who they like and who they don't at Discover!

I still don't have it today. Seriously you really can see who they like and who they don't. Some people get a 10 or 15k limit with high 600s scores and others have over 760 and get under 5k, some people get targeted spending offers and others nothing at all, I guess it's all who they figure is going to be the best milk cow in the end for them.

I just went to fill my tank today at chevron and saw discover promoting 2% cashback at chevron stations till march 31. I guess this is a good offer for those that don't have chase this quarter and bcp. I think this is suppose to be a offer for all card holders if they are promoting it.

Nah, I'm using BCP Gift cards to get 6% back along with gas discount for buying the gift card at Vons.

Ok. That's a good strategy until the cap hits. I buy my gas at Kroger, so it doesn't work. I buy gift cards for road trips though.

I signed up for the 2% a few days ago. I went to a restaurant today and got 7% cashback whoo!

I haven't seen the offer for Chevron, though.
AMEX BCE ($20,000), Citi Forward ($6,800), Discover IT ($5,250), BoA Travel Rewards ($1,800)
