I was told that my account no. will be the same and that all my selections as far as auto pay and pay date will stay the same and I won't have to re-enter my checking account information for payment. I don't know if you can do PC now or if you will have to wait, 432. I would just call and ask.

One other issue of doing a PC now is that later they may offer some kind of bonus to switch. But I kind of doubt that.

People on other credit boards are reporting that once you PC to IT you cannot change to anything else in the future. So just FYI.

Other than the look of the card, I don't see the real need to move from the More to the IT. If I go to Discover.com, I still only see the More card and no IT.

That would be utterly awesome! I love horror stuff, It was one of my favorite books and movies growing up. If a picture of Pennywise was Discover's new card design, I swear I would cancel all my Chase, Amex, Citi, etc cards and strictly use my Discover It. HAHA maybe i'll write a suggestion letter and they will feature me on the front of the Discover website as the craziest cardmember holding up my custom It card. "They all float down here!" LOL

I just went thru chat with a rep and she said I could switch but I have to wait until friday because today is my bill date. She told me account number would be the same, same intro APR, and no hard pull.

I just don't see what is appealing about this card. I'm obviously completely missing the point.

Zing!

I'm not going to get rid of the more, so I don't care if I switch. I'm going to wait to see what else they come up with though.

I feel the same way. It offers nothing of substance and I really don't care for account numbers being on the back of a card....
