Discover It CLI

I have had my Discover card for 7 months with a $500 limit. I run an average of about $750 through the card each month and keep my utilization at 5-7%. I also have never missed a payment. I recently used the CLI increase button on the Discover site. I got a message saying that my request was being reviewed and that this typically takes within 2 business days. It has now been a full week and I have yet to here back from them.

Is this normal? Should I call them about it? Also, should I have any problems getting an increase given my current situation?

I wouldn't worry too much. If it required a hard pull the website would have asked your permission first. So in reality the worst that can happen is they say no, and no harm no foul.
