Why? I don't know. You'd think a bank with a (presumably good) customer of 8 years would try to keep you.
Hmm that is interesting. My current card is Citi...if that makes a difference. And yes, I am a good customer
. But the Discover is about to become my every day card, for sure. I will put just enough on the Citi card to keep it active since its one that earns miles and if I don't continue earning them, they go away. I haven't been diligent about asking for CLI with Citi though - I think all of mine have been auto increases. I am learning so much just from my short time reading this forum.
