Not (yet), I asked the agent not to hard pull, and in the end the agent said:
Our credit analysts have processed your application with the information you provided, but unfortunately we are unable to increase your credit line at this time. For your privacy, the reason(s) are not provided for me to see, but you will receive a letter within seven to ten days explaining the specific reasons why your request was not approved. A credit inquiry was not made.
I have saved the entire conversation and will be monitoring credit report.
