Thread: Do retail store cards do a better job investigating fraud?

Example: Stolen Victoria's Secret credit card used in Victoria's Secret. shouldn't they search video to find transaction and prosecute?

Retailers like this with credit cards in their name, are NOT managed by the retailer. They are licensed by a credit card company to use to get people to sign up. The only retailer to offer a credit card managed by their own bank is Nordstrom and NordstomRack stores.

Even if they got hold of the security footage it is usually grainy and expensive, and they are most likely not going to disclose to you the individuals name.
