Default Best company/website to monitor credit

I've recently been looking at a credit site to monitor my credit report and score, what the best one you guys have found? I'm looking for frequent credit score updating, possibly 24/7 customer service, and most of all SECURITY! Any suggestions would be awesome, thanks.

Well I'm currently using the Bank of America Privacy Assist Center, I'm paying about 12.99. Its an ok system, they update me on any changes made on my credit report. It does give you all three Credit Scores and all three Credit Reports but its only once every quarter, in other words once every 3 months. They also have a bunch of little features like simulating different situations if you do certain things as getting "x" amounts on inquiries, new debt, pay off cards, lower debt total debt by "x" amount, the list goes on. All thats pretty cool but, at least in my case, i was excited about it at first but later just don't use it anymore.

Then theres also Credit Karma. This is a free website, (they're being sustaind by basically ads on its website) theres no credit reports included but they do give you a credit score. Unlike the BoA this ones only score. Credit Karma provides the TransRisk New Account Score, VantageScore, and Auto Insurance Risk Score from TransUnion. The TransRisk score is calculated by TransUnion using their proprietary scoring model and is the original credit score provided on Credit Karma. If you wanna look up more on them im gonna put the link to their FAQ site below.
