Default Natural Sapphire Company Credit Card # Not Masked

I recently purchased a sapphire from thenaturalsapphirecompany.com but the stone did not reach me on what I was promised on so visited their showroom and what I saw over there almost got me an heart attack

There sales person Kevin F. while checking my order came up with the print out of my order details

The order details where in their file (along with all other order details which they received through the e-mail) and guess what? My entire credit cart details with CVV number etc. were printed on them. THEY ARE NOT SUPPOSE TO DO THIS. When I questioned; they told me with each order they receive e-mail with all these details. Not encrypted . Further there payment gateway is off line. (they show on the web site as its online and completely secure). This company is putting everyone’s credit card info in open
This is shocking I don’t know what to say and what to do? Why the hell I even did any business with thenaturalsapphirecompany.com

I have canceled my CC card and reported this issue to BBB where else I can report?

Default Is this video showing a credit card scam correct?

I spotted a video on you tube and I happen to purchase from this vendor The Natural Sapphire Company. through CC and now concerned It shows that the CC gateway of one jewelry on-line store is processing “non existing credit card” and that means it is no real processing. But an eyewash
Could anyone check this video and give their opinion if this diagnosis is correct?

    Default Can I sue them?

About 6 months back through CC I had purchased a blue sapphire ring from New York based The Natural Sapphire Company.

While purchasing; The Natural Sapphire Company claimed the payment gateway is safe and they are sporting a Verisign certificate

Today suddenly I receive an anonymous e-mail with following message

Natural sapphire company has put your credit card info at risk
    cancel the card immediately

    Here are details
your credit card no: <it had my accurate credit card number>
    CVV no.: <accurate CVV number>
    Exp date: correct date

we advise you to sue NSC
