Default Report credit card fraud to FBI

How do I report credit card fraud to the FBI? I called the police and they are not offering to help or investigate the matter.

Ask your card issuer. When I was a victim of credit card fraud I was told by the police that the suspected fraudster wouldn't be investigated or prosecuted unless the credit card issuer filed a police report themselves, which they never did. I think whether the police or FBI gets involved usually depends on the card issuer's wishes.

I think issuers don't want to report all the incidents of fraud to the police in order not to scare people about the use of credit cards. Otherwise, nobody will use credit cards anymore if numerous crimes are committed in relation to credit cards.
