I just wanted to say that I know that this is all my fault for being so nice and trusting but im just wondering if there is anything i could do about it legally.
Basically a kid that i play xbox with a lot ran out of his subscription to xbox live and didnt have the money to buy more of it. So me being the caring person that i am let him borrow one of my old xbox live accounts that still had a month left on the subscription. I had no idea but when he recovered my old account that it would gave him my credit card info. He then bought numerous games and things from the xbox live marketplace using my credit card. Over the course of the last few weeks he spent just under $200. I had noticed a few charges here and there from microsoft but i had no idea where they were coming from. I just checked the purchase history of the account that i loaned him found out that it was him using my card.
Most of the purchases were from a few weeks ago but there was 2 big purchases last night. I dont think there is anything that I can do about the older purchases but in the morning im going to contact my bank and try to see if I can stop the payment on the purchases from last night some how.
So im just wondering what I can do about this?
If im posting this in the wrong place let me know where to post it.
