Credit card response forms

Postby crocha » Thu May 08, 2014 10:06 am

My job would like to send out response letters to our debit card holders that have filed dispute. Basically updating them on the status of their disputes. I am having to create these letters. I am looking for anyone who can forward me a sample of what they may use or send me in the right direction of where to find a template.

I'd use something like this:

Dear Sir/Madam,

We have received your request to dispute charges on your Spiffy Awesome Titanium Diamonds with Rubies card.
After careful consideration of the facts of the dispute, as well as our profitability, we have determined that we must reject your dispute on the following basis:

1. The CEO needs more money to build a guest room on his mansion out of bricks made from bundles of cash.

We appreciate your business and look forward to serving you in the future!
