I made a purchase to a seller for a product I was supposed to receive for over $100 with my debit card through PayPal. He shipped the item, once I received it, it was significantly not as described. I paid for (2) sneakers but instead received a pair of slippers and textbooks. I tried to resolve the case with the seller but was unresponsive. I just opened a claim with Chase for not as described, am I likely to lose the chargeback? They have temporarily credited me back.
